Information you provide
Service requests collect your name, email, phone, service address, preferred date, and job details. Photos are optional. Contact and feedback forms store the information you submit. Commercial accounts also store business details, trades, properties, and work-order records.
How it is used
We use these details to review requests, discuss availability and pricing, prepare estimates, coordinate jobs, track payments, and respond to questions. Commercial street addresses are checked with the U.S. Census Geocoder to determine the service-area distance.
Payments and service providers
Stripe processes checkout payments. This app stores payment references, status, and receipt links rather than card details. Lovable Cloud hosts the app’s records and private photos. Email delivery services and the connected Gmail account receive the information needed for service notifications.
Photos and access
Job photos are stored privately. Owner access requires sign-in and photo-viewing links expire. Commercial providers receive exact site and contact information only for jobs assigned to them. Sent estimates can be looked up using the booking email. An invoice link shows invoice details, including the customer name and email; share it only with people who should see it.
Sessions and alerts
Sign-in uses session cookies or browser storage. Owner push alerts require explicit browser permission and contain the service and preferred date, not customer contact details. Alerts can be disabled from the owner dashboard or browser settings.
