Requesting service

Your preferred date is a request, not a confirmed appointment. Contact us to confirm availability and the appointment date and time. Ask whether your address is covered and confirm the scope and price before work begins.

Estimates

This estimate is based on the information and photos provided. The final price may change after an on-site inspection.

Contact us to discuss any proposed scope or price changes. A submitted request or preliminary estimate is not confirmation that work has been scheduled.

Deposits, cancellation & rescheduling

HVAC deposits are $75 and skid steer deposits are $275, applied to the final invoice. Contact us to cancel or reschedule. These deposits are fully refundable when cancellation is received at least 24 hours before the confirmed appointment; later cancellations retain the deposit for committed time. If no appointment has been confirmed, contact us to cancel and request your deposit refund. Refunds are handled by the owner, not automatically by this website. Other listed residential services do not require an online booking deposit.

Payments

Deposit and invoice links open Stripe Checkout. Available payment methods are shown there. A payment confirms the payment, not an appointment. Commercial invoices and payout statuses are manual records; the commercial section does not collect or automatically send payouts.

Project questions

Contact us to confirm availability, applicable licenses or insurance, and any concerns about completed work. No response time, emergency availability, or automatic remedy is promised here.
